We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was exceptionally clean, well organized, and thoughtfully arranged. The windows overlooking the garden were a lovely touch, and the beautiful, relaxing décor made it especially welcoming after a long day of travelling. The check-in and access were also very simple and convenient, with clear codes and easy instructions. The apartment is within walking distance of the station. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would happily come back again. We definitely recommend this place!

We had such a lovely family holiday here, the unit was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The whole site was quiet, peaceful and just what we needed to relax. It was brilliant value for money & we really appreciated having full use of the entire apartment, it felt like we got exactly what we paid for and more 😊, every member of the family found something to enjoy, & we all felt right at home. Great location. Absolutely nothing, we had a perfect stay and would love to return.

I stayed here twice over the course of 3 weeks whilst visiting kings college hospital Easy check in and polite & responsive host Spacious rooms good shower Smart tv to enjoy apps with good wifi Peaceful Security at the main entrance at night Local shops all the way up the street open until late 10 mins to kings college Ebikes directly across from the hotel £1 for 30mins on sign up if you use the forest bikes Exceeded my expectations for the price and would definitely stay again

Superb location, local stores, pub and Maida Vale tube station at the end of the road. Large apartment for an extended stay. Flat pillows on the bed, new pillows required. Also the bathroom is dated but functional and a dedicated shower would be better. The bath is no longer needed in Air B&B.

Excellent location in central London, but finding parking is not trivial. So I returned the car as soon as I checked in. The studio is large, well furnished and well lit. This time the people upstairs were much quieter than before, Everything worked well.

Absolutely fantastic stay, one of the best we've had. Having stayed in plenty of places over the years, this easily ranks in my top three. Super easy to find, with secure parking that made arrival a breeze. The host was brilliant, genuinely friendly, and always ready to help. Two spacious bedrooms with comfy double beds, and the place was spotless from top to bottom. The living and kitchen dining area was generous, with a big screen TV, plus a lovely balcony to relax on. Everything you need is within a two to three minute walk. Cannot recommend this place enough, we will absolutely be back. N/A

Disappointing Stay – Misleading Listing, Maintenance Issues, safety issue and Constant Nighttime Noise. We stayed at this second-floor property in Chalk Farm for 3 days and 2 nights, and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. Misleading Photos & Poor Condition: The pictures listed on Booking.com do not represent the actual state of the accommodation. The property is run-down, poorly maintained, and visually neglected. Unresolved Wi-Fi Issues: The internet connection was non-functional from the moment we arrived. Despite reporting it, the issue was never resolved during our entire stay. Missing Basic Amenities: Neither shampoo nor body wash was provided. When we contacted the host, we were simply told that they provide everything except shampoo and soap—a frustrating response for standard guest accommodation. Inconvenient Transit Access: The location is not convenient for getting around. Every trip required a 15-to-18-minute walk just to reach the nearest Underground station. Safety Concerns & Neighborhood Environment: We observed drug dealing and prostitution taking place around the area. Between these activities and constant street activity, it felt unsafe and unsuitable for families traveling with children. Severe Late-Night Noise: Getting a good night's sleep was impossible. Located directly above a busy ATM, there was constant late-night disturbance every night until 3:00 AM–4:00 AM—including loud shouting, group gatherings, and music blasting from portable speakers right outside. Between the misleading property listing, lack of basic amenities, unaddressed internet issues, and heavy late-night disturbances, this stay was far from comfortable. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The place is very nice, very well furnished, and close to central London. The kitchen is fully functional. Access is easy, and it remained cool despite the outside heat. The neighbors upstairs were very noisy. They started banging around things at 6am for about an hour, then eventually left.
