The host was very friendly and accommodating, we dropped our bags and came back a few hours later to check in after we’d been to our event. Looked like the pictures and had a lot of storage space. Really good for what we paid. Key pads with codes made us feel safe and secure and did not have to speak to anyone to get let in etc. instructions were made clear via email.

The space was clean, warm and usable for a one night stay in london. It was perfect for what we needed and had the amenities advertised. The cafe downstairs was great, and perfect for breakfast.
