Arrived here as a small family on our second night in London. Came for a medical appointment originally and wanted to explore for an extra day so booked this lovely property. It was easy to find and a walkable distance to Paddington Station (even with our 3-year-old!). The instructions were super clear and the property was noticeably clean and tidy. Very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and friendly however instructions were so clear we honestly didn’t have any issues. We were quickly able to relax and we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh air on the balcony connecting to the living room – also a suitable/safe height for our 3-year-old to get fresh air too. We all slept very well, no issues with noises or lighting etc. The property was lovely and warm with heating. We would love to return another time and are already planning our next trip!
