Great location, easily accessible, price was amazing for the location, 3rd time staying here and will defo be booking again The only thing I don’t like is the shower head but that’s a personal preference and didn’t affect my stay

Beautiful place to stay would recommend to any one I’ve always stayed here visiting London and had no problems staff are kind polite rooms are always clean and tidy Layout is good clearness is perfect

Self check in was superb. I like that I could have a comfortable stay in London without breaking the bank. I was comfortable and had all the basics. My room wasn't noisy even though we were located in the city centre, that was a plus for me. We had so many shops to choose from. Even at 11pm when we closed from our concert, shops were still open. I didn't use the TV cos I spent my free time watching the planes take off from my window. I loved it. The bath in my room (101) was draining too slowly. I hope it gets sorted. Everything else was good.
